MEET AUTUMN
Autumn Walker is a Mental Health Therapist licensed in Maryland. After obtaining her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins in 2020, she founded The Soul Reasons LLC as a call to action against the racial injustice that plagues society today.
As a response to her personal struggles with racial trauma and low self-esteem, she urges the Black community to center a relationship with themselves through mental wellbeing to reach self-actualization.

With seven years of thriving in the Human Services industry, she has joined over 500 clients on their journeys to wellness and growth. Her devotion has led to features on several platforms such as Crisis Text Line and Lyra Health. She also held programming with organizations like the Elijah Cummings Youth Program.
Today, she is dedicated to empowering Black women to overcome impostor syndrome to build self-confidence and fulfill their purpose driven goals.
